Owner & Site Manager

In 2022, he founded LRG Realty Management after several years of experience as a Site Manager for a local property management company. Lee enjoys collaborating with government agencies to directly manage older federally subsidized communities. He is skilled at addressing the complex challenges these communities face, such as aging infrastructure and limited funding resources, with a focus on asset management to ensure their long-term success. His long-term goal is to ensure the continued success of every housing community he manages, thereby supporting the often small and rural communities they serve.
Prior to his career in multifamily housing, Lee worked in various industries, including commercial banking, information technology, and customer service. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, whether on the ski slopes or in "The County," where most of his extended family resides.

Tim's experience includes several years working as an accountant for a commercial bank in Maine, where he developed strong skills in financial management and reporting. Tim is responsible overseeing all financial aspects and banking controls of each housing community under management.
Tim’s wealth of experience and keen attention to detail make him an invaluable part of the LRG Realty Management team. His expertise ensures that all financial operations comply with various subsidy program requirements and are managed with precision and care.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He is also an avid outdoorsman, passionate about hunting and fishing.

Cristen left a 20 year career in banking to work side by side with her husband, Tom who began their property management company 32 years ago. Cristen has attended numerous training sessions on Fair Housing, the Rural Development Section 515 program, LIHTC and tenant/landlord legal matters. Cristen has lived in Maine her entire life and is happy that her grown children are currently still rooted in The Way Life Should Be!

As an occupancy specialist, she excels at helping applicants find housing and assisting existing tenants with their recertification needs. Billie Jo consistently goes above and beyond for her tenants, offering a helping hand to those who need assistance with paperwork or accessing social services.
Before joining the affordable housing sector, Billie Jo worked as a social worker in Washington County. During this time, she gained invaluable experience that has been instrumental in her ability to connect with tenants, understand their unique situations, and provide the necessary support to improve their living conditions and overall quality of life.
Born and raised in Downeast Maine, Billie Jo is a passionate supporter of affordable housing in her community. She understands the critical importance these housing communities have for the larger local communities they are in. Her dedication to her work and her community makes her an invaluable asset to LRG Realty Management and to the affordable housing sector in Maine.

She has attended numerous training sessions in Fair Housing, RD Section 515 Programs and LIHTC Compliance. Donna is the Occupancy Specialist handling everything from housing applications, tenant recertifications, and managing the constant influx of phone calls, as well as supporting our Site Manager. Donna lives in Kingfield with her husband, Chip and their two beloved dogs Ellie and Gracie. Donna has three grown children who live across New England.
She enjoys walking, spending time during the summer at Moosehead Lake and skiing in the winter at Sugarloaf Mountain.

Sam has been a dedicated professional in the affordable housing space since 1990. For nearly 30 years, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance of the housing communities under management by LRG Realty Management in Downeast Maine. His extensive knowledge of the unique aspects and needs of each community he oversees is invaluable, contributing to their ongoing success and stainability.
Before directly maintaining these properties, Sam gained hands-on experience working for his father's construction company, which built many of the properties he now oversees. This background has provided him with a deep understanding of the construction and maintenance needs of these properties, making him a key employee to the success of the LRG Realty Management team.
When not at work, Sam enjoys spending quality time with his family and perfecting his swing on the golf course.
Maintenance Technician (Cherryfield Portfolio)
Jay is a Maintenance Technician at LRG with more than 20 years of experience in construction and the trades. Before joining LRG, he ran his own property maintenance company in Rhode Island and built a reputation for solid work, practical solutions, and great customer service.
Now based in Downeast Maine, Jay has become a familiar face for residents who appreciate his friendly attitude and how willing he is to jump in and help. He also comes from a family with a strong tradition of public service, and he continues that locally through his volunteer work with the Cherryfield Fire Department and his involvement with the Masons at Narraguagus Lodge #88. Jay is married and is a proud father to his daughter.
Maintenance Technician (Kingfield Portfolio)
Todd is a Maintenance Technician at LRG with a strong background in plumbing and broad experience in property maintenance. Earlier in his career, Todd owned and operated his own plumbing business in Massachusetts and managed a small team. That experience shows in the way he works today. He is organized, dependable, and steady in how he approaches repairs and unit turns, with a focus on getting things fixed correctly and keeping residents informed along the way.
Todd is also a tenant favorite for his calm demeanor and approachable personality. He and his wife relocated to Maine and now live in the Kingfield area. Outside of LRG, Todd works with various town water departments. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping, and spends as much time outdoors as he can.

Trevor is a Maintenance Technician at LRG with a background in heating systems and gas repair, and he now handles all aspects of property maintenance. He brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step into whatever needs to be done. Trevor is dependable, takes direction well, and is always ready to learn something new, which makes him a valuable part of the maintenance team.
Trevor grew up around the Kingfield area and knows the region well. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors year round, especially skiing, fishing, and hunting.
